The Team
Zico Holder
Zico joined Network Tech in mid-2010 and has since proved himself to be an invaluable asset to the company. He brings with him years of experience and skill in computer maintenance and repair. Zico’s interest in computers began at a young age, when his laptop malfunctioned and he single-handedly repaired it.
As the Lead I.T. Technician, Zico has responsibility for maintaining, diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues for our clients.
Outside of Network Tech, Zico is a devoted football enthusiast and enjoys spending quality time with his family.
AIESHA JOSEPH
Aiesha joined the team in mid-2017. During her short tenure, she has worked diligently to seek out and identify potential product line expansion opportunities and spearheaded the company’s rebranding efforts. She also has responsibility for monitoring and managing company expenditures, with the ultimate goal of maximizing revenues.
Prior to Network Tech, Aiesha, who has always had a passion for all things business, studied Finance at The University of the West Indies, Mona – Western Jamaica Campus.
Stephen JOSEPH
For as long as he can remember, Stephen has always been enthusiastic about technology and its ability to make the world more efficient. This enthusiasm prompted him to take the leap of faith into entrepreneurial waters and formally launch Network Tech.
His specialties include Network Security, Network Administration, System Administration, Firewall Management, IT Strategy, Wi-Fi Management, among many others.
Before starting Network Tech in 2001, Stephen worked as a technician for Caribbean Data Services’ Barbados branch. Outside of his interest in technology, Stephen is very involved in mentoring at risk youth and spending quality time with his family.

Established in late 2001, Network Tech Inc. set out on a mission to help small & medium-sized businesses understand and make efficient use of their Information Technology (IT) resources. Since then we’ve assisted numerous local and regional businesses achieve their objectives by leveraging their IT resources to provide them with stable, secure and productive computing environments.
We currently offer our customers IT consulting services, as well as IT system support and maintenance services – and we’d be happy to help you too!
