We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks, including office administration, accounting duties, vendor/partner relationship management, and coordination of marketing and advertising activities. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 

What you will be doing:

  • Assist management with ensuring that all business operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Work with management to improve operational systems, processes, and adherence to best practices.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Assist management with the formulation and implementation of strategic and operational objectives.
  • Assist management with budgeting and maintaining up-to-date accounting records.
  • Work with management to improve company profitability.
  • Coordinate outsourced services and their interactions with the company.
  • Conduct the planning and execution of sales campaigns.


  • Proven experience in office administration, accounting, or operations coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-starter with ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.


  • Familiarity with business and financial principles.
  • Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks Pro Desktop.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and practices is a plus.


  •  $2350 BBD monthly
